The chalet at Macaw Lodge was absolutely amazing! It felt like a cozy home away from home with its spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The flat-screen TV with streaming services was a nice touch for some evening relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare our own meals, and we loved enjoying them on the terrace while taking in the beautiful garden views. The two bathrooms were a lifesaver for our family, and the complimentary bed linen and towels were a great convenience. our stay in this chalet was just perfect!
Personally, I found the washing machine in the chalet to be a bit noisy. But hey, that's just me!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel was modern, luxurious, and finished to a high standard. The rooms were comfortable, with two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The hotel was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with nearby restaurants offering excellent food at reasonable prices.
Nothing to mention.

The lodge itself was modern and luxurious, with a high standard of finish that impressed us both. We loved that there were two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, perfect for our needs. The tranquility of the site added to the overall peacefulness of our stay, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. During our trip, we also ventured out to nearby restaurants for a change of scenery. We dined at the Smithy Arms in Swinton one evening and had takeaway from the Queens Head Cantonese restaurant in Amotherby another night, both of which were excellent in terms of the quality of food and value for money. I highly recommend Macaw Lodge for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The chalet at Macaw Lodge was amazing! It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The two separate bedrooms were spacious and the bed linen provided was cozy. The flat-screen TV with streaming services was a bonus for a lazy evening.
Personally, I found the terrace with garden views a bit small. But hey, that's just my preference, others might still enjoy it.

The rooms were super fancy and cozy, and it was awesome that each had their own bathroom. Plus, the whole place was so quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The beds were like fluffy clouds, I could have slept forever!
The only bummer was that the lodge was a bit further out from where we wanted to be. We had to drive a little longer than expected to get to the town, which was a bit of a drag.

We stayed here over Easter with another couple and had a great time. The lodge was so fancy and comfy, it felt like we were living like rockstars! The two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, were perfect for our group. And let me tell you, the beds were like sleeping on clouds. The place was super peaceful and quiet, and we liked that it was close to some good places to eat. We went to this cool pub in Swinton called Smithy Arms, and the next night we got some bomb Chinese takeaway from Queens Head in Amotherby, which was only about a mile away. The food at both places was top-notch and affordable.
The only downside was that the lodge was a little farther from Malton than we expected. So if you're planning to spend a lot of time in the town, be prepared for a bit of a drive.

The two separate bedrooms were perfect for our family, and the two bathrooms were a great bonus. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and the living room, where we could relax and spend quality time together. The garden views from the terrace were absolutely stunning, and we couldn't get enough of them. Plus, having a flat-screen TV with streaming services was a nice touch. the chalet felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I found the presence of a washing machine in the chalet a bit odd. It wasn't something I was expecting or needing during my vacation.
